After 30plus years this little book is going strong.
And wire sculptures still catch my eye. I bump into these sculptures everywhere.
Reminding me that wire sculptures are works of art.
And too, bits of wire still catch my eye wherever I am. On the street, in the park, the garage, my basement. Material that can be recycled into art is everywhere. And I cannot refrain from collecting the odd shape or texture or color.
So much of these found objects end up here with great intention to create.
But the lap top calls me to where I recycle memories, experience and research into a different sort of craft. It all works together for me the way a bit of wire can become a creature and a new encounter, old memory, can be bent and twisted into a vision, new understanding…a book.
