Stories and Walking.  These are two of my favorite things!

Nature and Reading.  What better combination?

Story walks are springing up everywhere.  A few weeks ago my grandson introduced me to this walk in a park in Blue Ash, Ohio.  Right next to the library.  (Have I mentioned libraries are on my favorites list too?)

The featured book was  Sheep Take A Hike.  A fitting title for this hike down a wooded trail.

What could be better than a walk with my grandson, my dog and a story to read?   Story Walks are springing up everywhere.  Look for one in your neighborhood or see how your community library could support one.

And there is even more exciting news.  A Thousand White Butterflies will be the featured Story Walk book in Vail, CO for the Winter beginning in January 2022.

Jessica and I are pleased and excited.  Anyone hitting the slopes out that way? Check it out. 🙂 Enjoy a read about friendship, sharing and family.  Build a snowman along the way.  One that reflects your family heritage.  Make a snow angel.  Take a walk.  Revel in the beauty of snowflakes flying like butterflies.
